And now I’m not talking about esotericism, there is physical labor, but there is mental labor.

Each person for peace of mind (read, adequacy) must manifest himself in both directions. It is not for nothing that the hard workers at the factory love chess. Work for the brains. Not all the same with your hands to pull loads. Likewise, administrative officials (who are mostly concerned with the work of the brain, not the language) have to work out physical energy somewhere. Someone goes to the gym, someone rides a bike, and someone has a vegetable garden the most. And there is nothing more pleasant to go to the country and weed potatoes, to rest the mind, so to speak

After all, the concept of relaxation is not only felting on the couch. More precisely, this is not felting on the couch at all. For this reason, programmers often have nervous breakdowns, because one should not outweigh the scales of psychological and physical health. Let your head rest. Take a walk, ventilate your brains.

As for creativity, it comes just after the airing. Not a project in progress? Change your surroundings. It’s elementary, even go to the store, on the street, on the way listen to music on headphones, buy apples, the point is not going to the store, but simply being removed from work, from the process that has heavily loaded your head.

But, of course, lying on the couch is also sometimes necessary. But not to long. Laziness is such a matter, fleeting and addictive, so it is advisable to subscribe to useful accounts that inspire to stretch your back or bake a cake of three ingredients, or draw from scratch (I don’t have such subscriptions, but there are some), or something else. good for your hands and your body.

Remember the feeling in front of school, when you have a report today, and you are 100% ready for it. I didn’t even sleep before those days. And I still don’t sleep, I just don’t want to. Before presenting to a client, for example. I count the minutes until the climax and the client’s reaction. And it’s so nice when you “hit the target” with an idea and implementation. There are also negative experiences, but here either little information was collected and it was simply not possible to fully disclose the topic, or the client was simply unlucky, and he would not be pleased in principle. But negative experiences are experiences too. Although it still hurts.

Where can these forces not sleep before the presentation? It seems that the work was done difficult and focused. And this is inspiration, the author of the book “Eat, Pray, Love” on Ted Talks subtly talks about it. We were given a chance — we realized it with our work. This is a gift, today it went to someone one, tomorrow — to another. It’s impossible to do cool without a break and not burn out emotionally.

And then after the presentation (speech, project implementation) devastation sets in. You were squeezed out like a lemon, you gave yourself completely and completely to the project. But strength, then you need to look. So, go ahead and change the situation and be saturated with inspiration. Later I will write where I get it.

Everyone needs a different relaxation. But everyone definitely needs her.
